I'm seeking for someone to take over this business, Currently 2 employees right now.. Looking for serious buyer .Ready to move in and start business . Just renew Contract lease term till March 2026 include 2 months security deposit $8xxx .

Lastly is a 10% commission for workers .
I never count package . But given the maximum remaining balance package is 30k-50k. You only pay $3k-5k commission spread over the next 12 months. Renewing customers is your business profits.
If the package is $100k above, I don't need to worry about my finding customers for my business anymore; it will run automatically and Takover price will be not be $35k already.
Start a new business, you still need to find new customers for your shop.
If no customers, I sell at no takeover fees already. $10k you can take already
Cause loss of rental and worker salary monthly .
