Looking ahead at mental health in 2022
Before Arnold Schwarzenegger gained fame as a Hollywood action film icon and governor, he and the world also struggled to make the gym lessons something wanted and desired. Today we entirely consider physical fitness and training our bodies normal, but still do not train our minds in the same proactive way.
Our goal is simple, we need to normalise mental wellness. And the mental wellness revolution we need is simple: We need to take care of our mind.
Investing in mental health makes good economic sense. We cant deny that mental health is going to be huge. Singapore Governments are allocating grants and resources from development assistance and domestic health budgets to implement community-based mental-health programs and strengthen the overall treatment of mental disorders.
Our end goal is to have Tongle in all parts of the world just like Gym that can be franchised. We had just opened our first mental gym in Petaling jaya Malaysia (our sign ups are exploding!) and we are in the midst of expanding our mental gym in the south east asia.
We are sincerely looking for investors and the like minded ones to revolunationise this. In turn, we will grow old and rich (not just within but material as well!!) together!
