Investments for Generative AI development and global growth
Description
We are a ISO 27001:2022 certified SaaS model product company which now we want AI-based comprehensive Portfolio & Project Management system for investment and project lifecycles in ECI (Engineering, Construction & Infrastructure) industries. We have operation and reach to Malaysia, India (our offices) and Joint Venture in USA and another organization in India (1 Billion Dollar Conglomerate).
We seek investment for the below reasons:
1. Development of AI features for critical functions in ECI industries which includes increasing the profits of projects. There are 4 exclusive features we have identified and our solution blueprint is ready.
2. Increase our global footprint to sell product (which we are currently working upon)
Our software is suitable to large (also for mid level) scale companies and can work with large popular ERPs such as SAP. Functionalities it covers as of now are:
1. Portfolio & Porject management
2. Project procurement
3. Project inventories management
4. Project budget, cost management
5. Resource management
6. Reporting & dashboards
7. Contractor collaborations
And now we intend to automate many functions by generative AI.
We already implemented solution in one of the construction company in Singapore and now speaking to two more.
