Upholstery Business Needed Investment

Currently a local upholstery business with 2 locals involved. Needed investment for growth and expansion.

Upholstery market in Singapore is becoming niche as years goes by. The main target is actually hotels and premium furniture resellers. 

Our business is constantly running into cashflow issues as we are a zero start up company, and we managed to carve out a market pie is due to our resillence and ability to withstand debt payments. 

However, to grow further, we have the intention to source for quality workers based overseas, mainly Thailand and Indonesia as these 2 markets have produced top notched upholsterers and furniture makers. Moreover, in order to produce top end furniture, we are required to have industrial designers and also, a showroom to display our pieces. 

We currently have quality upholsterers, but do not have the cashflow and capital to further expand into design & development. Moreover, with the constant cashflow issues we are facing, there is no way we can have the intention nor ability to extend into this area. 

Thus, investment is required for both the Cashflow of this company and upcoming expansion. There are plenty of room of growth.
