I have a 2nd business which is more worthy of my time and I'd like to focus to grow that business

There will be competition which isn't really a concern as the market is rather huge and it depends on how you position your services and proposition.

There are agencies reported in the news that are thriving with good numbers, we just didn't have the focus with only 1 part-timer on the business to grow it.
