We are a professional laundry and dry cleaning service providing door-step pick up and delivery. We clean a wide variety of items including clothes, bed linen, curtains, carpet, cushions, wedding gowns, costumes, soft toys, etc.

In a time-starved society with an increasing demand for convenience, our value proposition is to meet the need for clean clothes without the hassle of doing one’s own laundry. Our model is asset-light – we save on rental & utilities, and spend on quality partnerships, human resource and marketing that really add value to business growth. We have 2 commercial vans, purpose-fitted and complete with mobile kits, serving a customer base across most parts of the island including Sentosa. 

Our approach to service is personalised and professional - our outdoor team is equiped with knowledge to identify/price items and provide recommendations on methods of cleaning and care for different materials. Our service-oriented approach and commitment to quality have earned us many good reviews and a healthy customer base with many returning and regular customers. The majority of our customers lives in condominiums and landed property, and we also have a handful of monthly corporate accounts. We continue to add to our customer base everyday through various marketing channels.

This is a business with a consistent revenue stream and documented work processes to ensure business continuity. Customers' order information is stored on the Cloud so the owner/team members can have access to information on the go.

Reason for selling:

We have built the business from scratch and it is currently primed for expansion. 2017 saw a 100% growth from 2016. However, due to personal commitments, there is limited capacity to take the business further. Because a lot of ground work has already been done, and there is a lot of growth potential, we think an injection of fresh ideas and fresh funds will tip this business into a rapid expansionary phase.
