We are selling the Lazada account, business model and inventory. We are looking to keep our name and company, so you can use your own company name to take over.
This is a simple business model of keeping stocks we purchase in Korea from a trusted distributor and selling on Lazada in Singapore. You can operate this from home as a part-time basis, but for us, our main business is unable to support this business arm.
We sell brands like Innisfree, Laneige, Nature Republic, Sulwhasoo, Mediheal etc
You can sell other Korean brands that my Korea distributor may have.
We are an MNC and bought over this small business from the previous owner to test out this business model, but unfortunately it was not workable for us. We got the relevant information that we need from this business already so this asset is to be dispose off.
Our first month sale in Feb 2018 was about $1000 as we were doing several experiments. We are currently not selling the products on other platforms like Qoo10 or Shopee which the previous owner did, so sales were not maximised.
We are looking for a new owner to take over just the business itself (not our company), together with our inventory (Estimated SGD6000), debtors (Sales that Lazada yet to pay us) at estimated $1000. We will also give you the Carousell account rosesxkisses.
The handing over process will be:
1) Switch over Lazada account to your company name
2) Update of bank account details and other information on Lazada (Takes about 5-7working days for Lazada to approve)
3) Send over the inventory to your desired location (One trip delivery only)
4) Korea supplier details will be given and explain on how to place orders
5) One day training and guide through on Lazada Seller Center portal, order fulfillment, common issues that arise
6) Three months Q&A support via Whatsapp
There will not be any S&P agreements, so everything will be kept simple.

We did an actual stock take and the inventory is actually $6177.00 so we are putting up the total price to take over as $10,000.00
