Description
This tuition centre is located on the second floor of a HDB shophouse with 4 schools nearby. It is also surrounded by both HDB and private living estate. The centre has an extremely friendly working environment and a very efficient centre manager to assist you in administrative matters.
Although the business is rather new, the centre broke even with overheads in less than a year. It is now profitting monthly and sales revenue has been increasing each month.
As current business owner, I do not teach any of the classes myself, but the new business owner can cut a lot of cost and profit more each month if he/she decides to take some classes himself/herself.
I started this business as I was interested in the education industry. However, now I will be pursuing my post-graduate degree and will not be able to juggle running my tuition centre and studying at the same time.
