Looking for a strategic investor/partner to take the business to higher level

Description

We are the leading gym in the Somerset/Dhoby Ghaut area. We have funded the business primarily from founders' equity and internally generated funds over the last 2 years. Our Google reviews are close to 5 stars from over 100 clients and our trainers are considered industry leading in terms of pedigree, experience etc.

We are at the stage of looking to further expand the business, in the following aspects:
(1) personal training business (our team is experienced in weight loss and personal transformation training) and expansion into an adjacent vertical
(2) e-commerce store to sell nutrition products (we have an exclusive arrangement to stock protein products from a leading brand at a discount)
(3) technology mobile application business

We are looking for 2-3 minority equity investors (investors who prefer to lend instead of own equity are welcome too) who are keen to work closely with us for the next 2-3 years to grow the business.

We welcome both hands-on (director seat is possible with significant stake) and passive investors. Regardless of your level of involvement, we would update you with financials and endeavor to generate a high return for your investment.

We are looking to raise $100k-200k (for the expansion initiatives and/or buying out exiting shareholders - you will likely end up with significant minority stake) and will share business plans and financials over a meeting.

We are aiming to close this fundraise by Sep 2023. We have a flexible and creative thinking culture, and are open to finding a way to work with you that works best for both parties. However, due to time constraints, we will only meet with serious investors with at least S$35k to invest. Our current valuation is S$1 million.

While not necessary, we would prefer a strategic investor operating in the healthcare, nutrition, marketing, physio, medical or chiropractic industries.
