Reason For Sale

Too busy with real estate and events business

Description

Real estate business is getting too busy, unable to focus on so many things at once. Website started in 1999, and averages 800 visitors/day, which is very good for any sort of games, movie, collectibles related business.

All inventory will also be passed on to new owner; included in the price as well. It's about $2,000 worth of products. You will have to engage your own movers, or I can arrange it for you... estimated moving cost is about $600.

Training will be provided, together with the transfer of domain(s) as well to the new owner. You can make back the money in a year, or even less, if you work to expand on it. It averages a net profit of $1,626/month from Jan-July 2013.

The asking price is very cheap; only $19,500, which is about a year's profit. I will also consider any serious offer near the asking price if you are really keen on taking over the business, because I want to see it carry on as well.
