Takeover includes 10 vending machines (5 are on site at various malls) and supplier information and training on how to operate the machines.

All 5 onsite machines are in shopping malls at prominent areas. Lease for existing malls are available for renewals and owner has 2 mall locations on hold (no time to commit)
