Buyer will take over the existing monthly contracts and be introduced to our pool of local cleaners with our company for many years.
As the maid levy without concessions will raise in 2019, many households not in essential need of live in maid, may turn to part time cleaners instead, can scale up the business for part time home cleaning as MOM allows foreigner maids for multiple residential cleaning( pilot project)
We will hand hold the business for 3 months after the completion of sale.
We are seeking passionate buyer with a heart for underprivilidged and will bring the business to a greater height.
We are selling because of expansion of another 2 business interests and cant cope.
