Help to manage family business in Malaysia, cannot cope
Description
The company started since 2013, we provides all kind of cleaning service from residential to project based which include the following:
- Project based Cleaning
- General Home Cleaning

Pre-move in and out cleaning -
Spring Cleaning -
Office Cleaning -
and other cleaning service.
Within 1 year we already managed to bring in 3 projects ( 2 condo and 1 office) and another 2 projects on the way ( next 1-2 months). All these projects can bring stable income.
Also we have around 30 residential customers for weekly cleaning.
Company has the regular customer and also some are in our waiting list ( we have no more cleaning slot for them so just keep them in our waiting list). Owner will hand over all the existing contact to the new buyers.
