Have 2 websites which will you will be able to use, one has achieved page one with certain keyword. Second is in progress with a reputable company. 

Preferably someone that knows the industry otherwise full training can be provided at a slight cost (for time and effort because there is A LOT of things to learn considering you will be dealing with government - MOM).

Reason for selling is because I have no interest in this industry anymore (got other businesses and also I initially opened this for my mother but she has yet to take the exams so I deemed she is not interested) so I will pass on everything and knowledge to the person that is buying over. Notes will also be given for future references. 

Very high FURTHER potential because I am currently supplying to other local maid agencies (with proof and details all will be provided and shown). 

For the fee, you will be getting the website, a full training to make sure you are operational, a headstart with enquiries because it takes time to get enquiry if you are new with no website, and also ready suppliers with GOOD MARGIN. Some agencies have thin margins. Furthermore, you can also earn from supplying other local maid agencies which I am already currently doing (will be giving you the list and contact as well so you will not need to source for it). 

FYI. Do note you will also need another $6-10K to start for MOM license and some other stuff. And the process will take about 1-2 months. Especially if you have not taken the exam required to open an agency.

You will also need some running capital (~5-15k) if you want to work on this comfortably.
Not necessary, but you will have a hard time (will be explained) if you want to earn more. Also because having capital will give you an advantage for my case.
