Very New Equipment For Takeover With Option Of Rental Takeover!

i have the following cafe space + equipment for takeover. no takeover of company name and website, only equipment and rental and you can make it your own. if you have experience, please consider as i managed to get very good reviews for my food and drinks, but have to give it up due to outside work commitment and not enough experience to run a smooth f&b operation. option to pass over supplier contact if you need.

all equipment are 2-6 months old only and was bought brand new.

option to purchase individual equipment or special price for full takeover of shop plus equipment (30k slightly negotiable, less than 50% of my reno and equipment cost!). can start biz by mid sept if take over full shop plus rental.

2. already approved for foodshop license with sensor toilet(nea requirement) and kitchen all set up. but only light cooking allowed as no exhaust. currently also have alcohol licence until 10pm, transfer negotiable or you can apply your own. pest control paid until january2016. starhub wifi package transferable.

4. very reasonable rental at 3300 per month and very nice landlord. remaining lease about 15months. transfer of rental contract subject to landlord's approval.

   b) 4 X LED lighted bar tables, retailing at >$900 online, selling at $500 each. 16 interchangeable colours, sure to make heads turn.

   c) chiller display for cakes or drinks. retail price $3k, selling $800

   d) ikea green display cabinet, retail price $230, selling $100

   e) VBM powerful 2 groups espresso machine with grinder, retailing $8500, selling $5000. supplier contact will be provided for installation etc.

   f) techno fridge with ice cube dispenser, retail $1500, selling $900. good for low volume ice cubes need.

   g) built in induction hob and hood, retail >$1000, selling $500.

   h) beautiful chandelier, retail >$1500, selling $900

   i) brand new epoint POS system with printer. very easy to use and good management reports such as summary of sales etc. retail $4300, selling $3000. training will be provided.
