Having graduated with an engineering degree and an accountancy masters, Lincoln brings an in depth knowledge in different engineering fields and its relevant and practical financial management. Prior to setting up Bizval, Lincoln has amass both financial commercial experience and auditing experience. His current expertise includes advising clients on corporate strategy with respect to Pre-IPO advisory for companies seeking a listing in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange ("HKEx") as well as corporate restructuring and M&A for SGX listed companies. He is also well verse in both SGX and HKEX continuing listing rules as well as HKEX listing requirements.
