This CRM is a work management system for small enterprises (Or Micro Enterprises). Its very easy to setup and quite easy to use / learn. Small enterprises typically has less than 10 staff and people often work on multiple roles. They need a simple system to keep track of all work and also able to communicate with customers business partners through email / SMS. This is what our CRM provides.

Which Market Segment it focusses
As mentioned above, the software focusses on Small (Micro) enterprises. Millions of SME are there in underdeveloped countries. These SMEs typically do not look for complex software with lots of integration, instead they need something easy to implement and operate. The level of technical expertise they have is really limited, for many of the owners linking an email account to CRM is also difficult so managing complex CRM software's is not for them. This is where our CRM fits in.

With Covid lockdowns in place, and trend of remote working likely to grow in future, such a software will be of great help to SMEs.

Also many Micro Enterprises are very cost conscious. So the idea was to offer this platform at say 50-70 USD Per user / Per year, which is a very attractive pricing in low income countries.

Who developed it
The software has been developed in a very professional manner. In the initial phases I engaged a Top quality development firm from Ukraine, for the development of this software. This phase lasted from June 2017 till Dec 2018. However in the second phase I shifted the work to India as the major work was over and only finishing touches / changes were pending. This company is also well known for the quality of the product. This 2nd phase lasted from Jan 2019 till Dec 2019.

The total billing done by both these companies together is for approximately 12000 hours+. (We had hourly rate agreement). This will give you idea of the quantum work done.
