Ear plugs do not produce music, don't be confused with ear phones or ear buds. They BLOCK out noise. 

  1. Not a saturated market - Niche market (little competition)

  2. Business is very low cost and already profitable (started since 2021)

  3. Mostly sales through Lazada and direct website

  4. Have a sole distributor in Singapore (Sold at Changi Airport, TANGS Orchard, Swee Lee to name a few)

  5. Main prescence in Singapore. Dipping the toes in Malaysia, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Dubai

  6. Have an existing VC on board 

  7. Premium ear plugs that comes in 3 different foam tips size 

  8. Inventory fully paid, no storage fees 

  9. Great reviews on Carousell, Lazada and website

I don't intend to sell 100% of the business as it's bringing me a humble passive income without doing much. However, I am looking for someone with experience and hands-on to scale this business. To be frank the earnings per month is little because I am doing absolutely nothing to push it over the last few months - discovery is purely organic and repeat purchases from B2B buyers.
I'm not a big fan of spending $ on paid marketing, but looking for someone with existing connections to scale this B2B and overseas. Connections to distributors in Asia. I'm more about sales than branding.


I prefer not to work with potential partners who only wish to provide leads and be a silent investor because let's face it, everyone feels that their network is valuable and they have good leads but few can actually convert. 

I want someone hands-on who actually delivers results. Am happy to discuss royalty deals and a share of the business if they buy-in. 


Just testing the waters and looking for genuine investors/partners to scale this business.
